Zeriv: Link-in-Bio E-Commerce Tool

The Challenge

The core tension was between two things that usually pull against each other: the simplicity vendors expect from a link-in-bio tool, and the functional depth of a real storefront. Most vendors adopting a tool like this aren't developers they want something as easy to set up as a Linktree, but capable of actually driving sales, not just directing traffic elsewhere.

My Process

1. Designing two experiences that had to feel like one product
Zeriv has two very different user journeys living on the same page the vendor curating their storefront, and the customer browsing and buying from it. I designed both sides deliberately: a vendor-facing curation experience focused on speed and control, and a customer-facing storefront view focused on quick browsing and low-friction purchase.

2. Making social integration invisible, not a setup chore
Vendors already have an audience across Instagram, WhatsApp, and other platforms the design goal was connecting those existing platforms into one page without making it feel like a technical integration step. I designed the social-connection flow to feel like an extension of the storefront, not a separate settings task bolted on.

3. Building what I designed
As lead designer and builder, I didn't stop at handoff I used Framer and Cursor to take the designs into an actual functioning product, closing the loop between the Figma file and something real people could use.
